Steadfast Nursery is a small, homegrown landscape nursery located in Lincoln, NE. We grow 95% of our own stock utilizing green practices. Our specialties include perennials, flowering shrubs, and small trees including Japanese maples. Unlike larger nurseries, we have seasonal sales in early to late spring announced in advance. The end result is that we are open only a few weeks a year. This allows us to offer the incredible prices and great quality we are known for.
ABOUT OUR NURSERY​
​+The owner, Chris Stolle, is a plant geek whose love of plants led to a business goal to infect others with that love. The nursery is a family-run business employing his available and willing children (not joking, its true) and friends.
+We reuse pots each year to keep them from the landfill and help our prices stay as low as we can go. Got Pots? Keep them out of the landfill and donate them!
+We run a composting operation incorporating two businesses, one church and a few households. This keeps hundreds of pounds of organic material out of the landfill. Compost is a major additive in our soil mix and growing beds because it is the best fertilizer for plants... EVER!
+Instead of using wholesale products to finish off and sell, we grow 95% of our own inventory.
+Our inventory is planted in test gardens so we know how each plant grows and how to pass along the information each owner needs to keep their newly adopted plants alive and kickin'.
